Upholstery steam cleaning (Hot water extraction)
- Suitable for: fabrics made of synthetics/mixed (microfibre, man-made, polyester) or woollen fibres
Hot water extraction is the most effective sofa cleaning method. The service starts with the application of special detergents, which are specialised for the removal of common upholstery stains, such as coffee, greasy food, blood, ink, crayon, vomit, etc. Once the stains are pretreated, your upholstery cleaning technician will inject hot water into the sofa’s fibres, which completely removes the accumulated grime and dust by extracting the water back. - Approximate drying time: 1 – 2 hours
Leather sofa cleaning
We successfully clean leather upholstery made of aniline, nubuck and protected leather by using professional detergents, designed for this upholstery type. The process consists of applying the foregoing solution and then wiping only with a cotton cloth, so as not to damage the leather.
- Note: If the leather is stained, then there is a chance that the damage is permanent and the sofa cleaners can’t take out the stubborn stains.

How long until my upholstery dries after steam cleaning?
If the upholstery is wool fibre, then it will take between four and seven hours. Other than that, it should be about three to six hours.
What happens if my upholstery is damaged?

Is hot water extraction effective for mattress cleaning?
Yes, the water penetrates the fabric under high pressure and reaches deep enough for thorough cleaning of the whole mattress without damaging it. This eliminates bacteria, germs and dust mites while removing grime and debris! However, memory foam mattresses are best cleaned with a dry solvent.
