What are the domestic cleaners’ work hours?
We can start cleaning as early as 7:00am or as late as 6:00pm.

What happens if the team misses something?
In the highly unlikely event that we miss something, notify us within 72 hours and we will reclean.

The deep clean was incredibly thorough; the cleaners did a fantastic job in both apartments. They not only did a fantastic job, they were very friendly and helpful! Although I cancelled at the very last minute you were very professional and understanding and I really appreciate that I was not charged a cancellation fee. The house was absolutely filthy with dust and with very little notice on Saturday you were able to send out a crew – Stephan and the ladies. Considering the size of the job, they worked miracles. I cannot thank them highly enough for their work and commitment late on a Saturday night.
